The Imperial Realms web sites will store a cookie in your browser which contains only a code that identifies yourself to the web site. The game client will cache game data locally, including lists of your characters and their attributes and online possessions.

Contact and billing information provided by you will be used to process registration and for accounting purposes, as well as to send you notices and game news. Tracking information collected by us will be used for security purposes and to prevent cheating. No private information will be shared with other companies, persons or organizations.

Standard safety measures are taken to protect your information. Billing information such as credit card numbers will be protected with extra measures. These include not storing such details on publicly-accessible servers, but only behind firewalled private systems with encrypted storage.
