Beta Registration Begins! (10-10-2009 17:59:31)

As of October 9th, we have begun officially accepting applications from anyone who wants to be an Imperial Realms beta tester.

Before you rush out to sign up for free play, though, please read further...

First, beta testing is months away, beginning after milestone 4. You will need to have registered here in advance, and we will likely start with people who have been active on the community site.

Second, we expect beta testers to be active in playing the game and in the game community. That means reporting bugs, offering opinions, answering surveys and such things.

Third, we will be recruiting testers in waves, looking for particular sorts of people with particular interests, skills and backgrounds each time. We might even recruit a few people for alpha testing. This is why we ask you to tell us about yourself during the registration process; this information helps us decide which people to choose at different stages of testing.

Fourth, you must agree to the Terms of Service and will be asked to agree to further modified terms in future, possibly several times.
